Live-In Volunteers Needed at Hancock Research Center

Hancock Wildlife has two volunteer positions -- available all year but with a minimum of two months commitment.  The volunteers will be given free room & board and have access to a vehicle -- but no salary.

The work will involve feeding and caring for birds, from cranes to many tropical species.  Some simple building skills or willingness involving building enclosures is desired.  Even some gardening skill will come in handy as we will be growing much of the bird food.

Some field assistance work will also be available, undertaking counts etc., on the on-going bald eagle study of the Fraser Valley.

Contact:  To reserve some time email: karen@hancockwildlife.org and put "Volunteer" in the subject line.
