I'm not sure why you got that but..........

Did you by chance chose the text that I have circled in blue and not the one circled in pink ? I think the one I circled in blue is meant to have a border around it which would explain why yours shows the border. Try the pink one and see if it does the same thing .

I did the one in pink on that picture ?? Also i moved that Opacity bar and it did remove the line but when i tried to save the picture i lost the printed part !!

Bev I've been playing with Snagit trying to recreate what you have. The only time I can recreate the box around the text is when I use the second selection of text.


Each time I want to change it I use a different selection.


The second choice of text in the tool selection has the line around it


The first choice of text is plain -- no box or lines.


As long as I haven't saved my work I can change the text border to any selection I want or not have a border at all.

Have you tried to delete your text plus click on the line and delete that as well and start over ?
Does that not work either ?

Judy i played around with it and used the Opacity and i got a plain box ! But i was unable to save the print part ! It all came out plain. I will try again tomorrow and i will leave it alone tonight .
