I started our fledge watch on Sunday july11.

The oldest was 37 days old then. It appears yellow band female is oldest with red band male middle one.

Red band is not as developed as he probably should be at this point ,but RAdisson is making them self feed and he may not beaggressive enough against his big sisters.

RAdisson may also be keeping him back on purpose so he does not fledge a week ahead of his sisters.

Males typically fledge at about 37 -39 days. But it can be more or less depending on development. The females typically fledge at 44 days .

It is a blessing actually , that there has not been a fledge ,as weather is miserable and will not get better till Wednesday.

WE have seen many aerial displays by adults and have gotten a real good look at our new male.
