Yes I have a picture of the whale going by the Vanier eagles nest in fact you can see the tree and leaves to the bottom right of the jpeg.
So glad there are two again this season 2010 so I'm going down there today Mothers Day with my camera and see if my lense can pick up both eaglets

Hi, My first for Vanier Eagles not the best but an Eagle's point of veiw first one the nest with Mom and Dad the second from where i was when i took the shot.

It's hard to pick out the nest tree specifically. But I have marked an arrow to show you the area. The white building the right of the arrow is the "HR Macmillan Planetarium". The nest tree is located right by the boat launch at the waters edge.
