We've been contacted by the morning show, "Canada AM", on CTV. It's Canada's only national morning show. They want to do a small segment on wildlife cameras and our eagle cameras will be one of their talking points. The show airs from 6 to 9 a.m. here in B.C. so I have no idea when our segment will be.

Do we know what day this is supposed to take place?? Or do we need to just watch every morning until it happens? I will if I have to!

Adult incubating.

Cam is back up (again) and I'm not sure who is incubating. Looks like a lovely day at the nest.

Dad(?) just gave me a peek at the eggs:


I think the dark spot is a piece of nesting material in front of the egg and not a sign of hatching - but I'm not sure, and will be trying to look in from time to time to see what's happening here.

The adult either took a brief break or they switched (I'm thinking it may be a switch and this may be Mom - but I haven't been watching that steadily). Anyway, I got a look at the eggs and there are still two with no obvious pipping or cracks.
