335 pm
Another food delivery a quick in and out.
Eden prefers to self feed ...she quickly claimed the meal and
mantled the small fish.

Adult Mom perhaps pauses briefly in the nest then exits the nest.
Eden continues to mantle her meal for abit then she moves the fish
up in the nest abit and quickly consumes her meal.

Not sure if anyone is interested but here is the food delivery....

Morning Maine wave

950 am
Eden is busy preenin her coat.
Love this time of day when the water glistens in the morning light.

1005 am
Eden was standing near 9 and she just plopped herself down and went into resting mode.
We can see her panting abit while she is seated and resting.

1010 am
Eden remains seated in the same spot and she sure seems to be panting alot...not sure
why.

I am a bit of a worry wart when I see birds panting while resting....guess it goes back to
the Hornby loss and watching a sick eaglett succumb to disease.
Hopefully this is nothing serious and just Eden in resting mode.

The current temperature is 72 F but feels more like 75 F Wind 8 WNW

1015 am
Eden remains seated.
Cam is buffering.

1018 am
Can still see that Eden is panting her chest is going up and
doing while she breaths....certainly its not that warm to cause
her to be beak breathing like that.

Woo Hoo Eden is up again and she appears okay....moving about
the nest and does not appear to be beak breathing. She sure had me
worried for a few minutes!

1025 am
Eden is moving about the nest appears to be
tracking all the goings on outside of the nest.

1030 am
Her beak is open at times .... cooling herself.
I think this Auntie just worries too much....Eden looks fine
she is preening her coat feathers as we speak.

It is warm enough at the nest to cause our birds to beak
breath abit to cool themselves down.
