Dad is trying to give Mom support on the nest.

Dad just left as Mom changed positions; she's facing 12. Mom just rocked the bowl from a mumbrella position.

Love seeing both eagles on the nest. The east coast is sure getting a lot of rain...eagle parents are faithful through rain or snow. Looks like there is plenty of food. Am hoping for better weather tomorrow.

I love this nest.

I saw a quick feeding around 11:10 am - Mom(?) backed off the chicks, both dry fluffy chicks popped up immediately and politely took turns as Mom fed them. After about 2 minutes, Mom stopped feeding and moved back over them to continue brooding. They may have gotten a little damp in the process, but I'm sure they'll be warm and dry again within minutes.

Good to seem them both looking good and energetic and dry - Mom is doing a good job!

Cam is back up, and both adults are on the nest.
I think Mom is still incubating - but am not sure of that. It's looking lighter our, and I'm not seeing rain - though Mom could use a trip to the spa!
There's still most of a fish standing by, so I'll keep an eye out for another feeding.

The rain is back and Mom is back to being a mumbrella, stretched out to protect as much of the nest as she can.
She's stood partly up a couple of times, and I see the little wiggles - hard to do a head count, but I think both are fine. What I see looks dry.
I do hope the weather improves soon.
