Temperature 13°C 55°F
Winds from the south east @ 20km/h 12mph

5:00am - no sign of Ma but I was a bit late switching over today. I'll assume that she flew off at 4:30am like normal Wink

GW perched like yesterday - still not feeling 100% baby? Linux still snoozing by his side.

Howdy, Everyone!!!

Looks like a dreary day for the eagles. They seem very subdued - kind of goes with the weather!

See you all later.

Carleen...
My dog winks at me sometimes...
and I always wink back in case it's
some kind of code.

5:13 Pa arrived but I missed shot. GW was straight over looking for food. Not sure if he brought something or if it was nestovers.

Didn't take long for Linux to head over. He ate a little something but GW did not appear to eat anything

That was me - I just came in in time to see that so went straight in to zoom.
I'm pretty sure none was swallowed.

How near is this nest to the big land fill site?

Am I in the Twilight Zone? Where is everyone Don't Know

6:05 GW still standing at 2 o'clock, Linux sitting middle of nest.

Hi Pat - can't help you, sorry - I'm far from local. Someone said nearby.

I was hoping to get a good look at Linux beak / eye line up. If you believe what they say, GW appears male.

It is only about 5-10 miles from the landfill.

I adopted the Delta2 nest!

Good ps from Linux, over 4.

I'm keping my eye on the statue at 2.
From the way he is leaning to put the weight on the right foot - and tentatively moving the left - I reckon he is going to try standing on one leg soon.
Essential they learn that before leaving the nest Smile

6:14 am
Cheeky black bird on the edge of the nest.
Getting quite close to the statue.
Do we have them the right way round? -I would have said the statue today is Linux.
It was GW, that had the odd shaped crop, that was picking at the plastic.
