Hi Debs, it was kind of bittersweet seeing Dad in the nest just waiting for so long for someone to come. That kind of makes me think they've headed out? You're right, we'll know soon enough.

Hot hot hot today.


5:49 empty tree.

Nancy I only got to watch for very brief periods today...and everytime I checked the nest was empty. Certainly I could have missed a visit though.

Both the nest and balcony branch are empty.

Hi Debs! Same here - every time I checked it was empty. But I was in and out a lot. And will be out most of the day today too.




7:22 Empty all morning so far.

Nancy Thanks for posting the weather; I had the cam up all afternoon and never saw any of our family members; saw a few fly bys large enough to be Mom and two juvies in hot pursuit but only speculation as no clear visuals...it was distant fly bys.

Hi Debs, I wonder if this is it, and they kids have moved on.
In any event, here's the weather again. lol

Nancy Thanks for posting the weather; I am wondering the same thing...I kinda think they may still be around but guess we will have to wait and see.

I had the cam on most of the afternoon and everytime I checked the nest
and tree both appeared empty...without any family members visible.

And now for the morning weather...


Debs, same here. When I checked in periodically throughout the day, there wasn't anyone around.

6:33 - 6:34 FINALLY! Someone is there. A squirrel having breakfast.






6:07pm Every time I've checked today the nest and branches have been empty.

Nest and balcony branch look unoccupied although I am
sure I did see an eagle or large bird perched in
the tree....look directly below 12 in the tree.

I checked several times today and never caught anyone
home.
