Hello Another sunny day here in Davis Bay.Grin
7a.m. Looked at the Stalashen nest and saw one eagle in the nest (chick not visible).

It wasn't very long before the other eagle arrived and they flew to the top. Click picture larger and you will see one chicklet in the nest to the right of the trunk. So far, we haven't seen two little heads. I did see a short feeding and only one chick visible.

wave Good sunny day! Well yesterday I got to the nest to see no one around. I walked up the road to see if distance would help, which it sometimes does. I thought I could see the odd flashes of movement so snapped at a few of them to discover it was an adult in the nest, very low. In the capture I at first thought it looked like the adult had food hanging from its mouth then realized it was a feather sticking up from the crib rail! Rolling on floor laughing

We decided to depart and on driving along Hupit and looking over to the nest I could see the adult was higher, so back we went and out came the camera again. Still no little head though.Sad We were there about 1:20-1:40.
It was very windy giving adult that bad hair day look.Grin

Hi Sandra, yes Ma/Pa was low down in the nest, hard to tell who it is with the windblown hairdo, great pics though.Grin

I took some pics this a.m. through the telescope but not posting any as they weren't as clear as the other day. Normally the pics are taken through the telescope and through a window.Roll eyes
