oh wait. I think that's dad. must have been a cotg that I missed.
He must not have known they ate already

6:34p - Mom flew out to the left.


6:35p - Dad came in


6:42p - You could not really call this a feeding. Whatever the prey is, it is very tough
and Dad eats most of it. I saw Echo get a couple of bites but that's about it.

7:11-14p - This feeding was longer and Echo had quite a lot but Foxy wasn't really
interested. She was mostly a flatlet at 9 raising her head occasionally otherwise napping.



7:22p - Mom is digging vigorously around the eaglets and they are protesting.
Her right leg seems to be in a hole; she keeps pulling it up or maybe just unstable
right there.


I'm out for dinner..@7:26p.

7:38pm..........I just finished reading today's posts. Great pictures and observations everyone! I love the "stretchy neck" picture of Echo! It does not seem that there has been much or any problem today with intruders. What a welcome relief for our parents! Right now Mom is in the nest as it rocks gently back and forth in the breeze. I was thinking the same thing as many of you. What a change in our eaglets!
