What a great idea. Your boxes are so pretty. What did you use for the base that you decorated? More people should use your idea. Think I'll pass this idea on to my friends.

Hi wave everyone, Today I made a 5" x 7" quilted postcard for a friend. It is made from scraps of the quilt I posted earlier. There is outline stitching around the flowers and greens. The border has decorative stitches that are on my sewing machine. The back is white and I'm going to address it like a postcard. I can actually put this in the mail, as is, with stamps. People actually do that for timed swaps! I'll pass on that. After spending hours on this I'm not about to have it eaten by a machine. Hope to get it in the mail tomorrow.
