10:20am..LaFarge cam is down.
NetStream.Play.UnpublishNotify
On a positive note for adjusting the view cycle. The cam is spending more quality time on the nest.

I've sent an email to Ken and Mike - will keep an eye on the cam, and will try to call Ken if it's not back soon.
I did include a "thank you" for the improved view!

I'm sorry, ducky121 - but everything that can be done is being done.
Ken and Mike have some big shoes to fill - and they're doing a great job! But they didn't do the initial installation of the equipment, and I have the impression that much of the equipment is customized for the job, so it will take time to learn what was done and what to adjust. As I've mentioned, we did need to move some equipment that was at Richard's house, and some of that may need to be moved again to make sure it has the internet connections necessary to handle large, high-resolution cam streams at full speed.
Also, we are not the only clients Ken and Mike have. They are doing a great job fitting us in as much as possible - but some tasks may take larger blocks of time than they have available.
I talked to Ken a couple of days ago, and they do have a plan and they are working on it, and like us, they are hoping that everything will be running much more smoothly sooner rather than later. And there's no way to give a time frame for when that might happen - there are just too many variables involved.
Thanks for checking - and thanks in advance for your patience as we do the work needed to resolve this.

Added - thanks, Annie and Judy! To expand on what I just posted, please do let us know if the cams go down - that's often a fairly easy thing to fix if we can reach Ken and he's near a computer. The buffering and freezing is a bit harder....
