Good afternoon Nesters

I was out all day yesterday visiting lots of eagle nests, and duck ponds. Bad news for the Beacon Hill Park eagles; half of their nest blew down in the last wind storm Sad I've posted pics on the 'Nests in BC with Ground Observers' thread.

sj it is so wonderful to come here and see your post Nodding You are a fighter and truly an inspiration to all of us Smile I hope you continue to feel better every day hug Thanks for sendng the doggies and Roadie out with Mug of coffee and goodies. I'm going to get my 2nd cup now. I am envisioning you whizzing around the arena in the new Zamboni Laugh

John I had a water bed for approx. 10 years and it was very comfortable. However, you can't seem to escape the occasional leak, and it usually happens at the worst time Mad When I moved into my townhouse 19 years ago I got rid of the water mattress but kept the bed frame with 6 drawers underneath (they come in handy for bits and pieces of this and that) Roll eyes After having a futon mattress for a few years, I have had a foam mattress in the frame for at least 15 years and it is so comfy, especially for someone with arthritis Nodding Could not put either the futon or foam mattress directly on the bottom boards of the waterbed frame; had to purchase a set of slats so the mattress could breathe.

Debs I always enjoy looking at pics of your very cute grandkids Nodding I hope you have finally gotten rid of that nasty flu you were suffering from hug So glad you are enjoying your grandson's hockey games, and great idea to get a pic of the Zamboni Right thumb up

Bev I will watch Phoebe more often when her eggs hatch Nodding Every time I turned on the condor cam on Sat. the picture was very grainy and dark so I didn't bother recording any videos. I watched it for a few minutes this morning and Dad Sisquoc was in the corner brooding the chick Wink

Jude sorry to hear you are still experiencing computer problem Sad Thanks so much for the St. Patrick's Day ecard hug

Diana great job on the Zamboni Clapping I'll enjoy some of your goodies later with a nice cuppa tea hug

Vicki Munch sure looks like one very spoiled kitty Nodding He is a beautiful cat. Hope he will adjust well to the climate here on the wet coast when you move back here fingers crossed

Hi to all Nesters who visit here. Have a wonderful day!!

I'm just mentioning something I posted on Eagleholics Anonymous about today's matchup in the Cornell Ornithology March Migration Madness on FB - today the peregrine falcon is in a thrilling battle against the white-breasted nuthatch, and this majestic raptor needs as many votes as it can get! Go peregrine!

Hi Bev! Good to see you on a perch and spending time with family and friends. And have a great time with the boys this week! Grin

Kay you have been a busy photog catching eagles and nests and ducks! My mattress is coil with a foam and thick cloth topper. It fit really well in my water bed frame with breathable space at the ends! We do like the 6 drawers too! Right thumb up

Hi there Ostrich! How are things back east? I shall go and vote! Hope you win!

Now, NNSTDLBBBYA!!! happy Cool hug Nodding Clapping Left thumb up Whistling sleepy Good night

Good evening Nesters!!

Wow, where is everyone today Oh My I guess everyone is busy watching the eaglets and other babies on the cams. I hope everyone is OK and not snowed in or without power Oh My It has been a very miserable day here; the wind started howling again last night and it has been gusting on and off all day. We saw the sun peeking through the clouds for a few seconds and we had sleet and snow a few times Wooh Spring officially starts tonight Wink

sj I hope you are getting lots of much needed rest and are not feeling too yukky from the chemo side effects hug

John have you been lonely here today Grin Thanks for sending the dogs and Roadie off this morning on their rounds, even though I was too busy watching the condor chick to enjoy a cuppa Mug of coffee Glad you got a new mattress for your waterbed frame. My foam mattress is 6" deep in the middle with 3" eggshell foam on top and bottom. It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on Nodding And even though it is king size it is easy to flip over when needed Right thumb up

Marg I forgot to mention that your photo of your snowy driveway looks very nice, even though I don't like snow Roll eyes

Have a wonderful evening Nesters
