Great video, eaglewoman - and it sure did look as if something was bobbing around in the nest!

(And I'm also reminded from my time in San Francisco years ago that Northern California does indeed have four seasons - rainy, foggy, rainy and foggy, and just plain wet! Though the beautiful days are wonderful, and it's one of my favorite cities to visit.)

Great job on the videos Renae! I ran into Kit and John today around 5pm, we both shot some video so we'll post soon!

Here's a link to a wild and windy day at the nest...It just amazes me how sturdy eagle's nest are!!! They seem to be able to withstand very high winds, as you can see here...

Kit and I were down there this morning from 9-11am and we found Liberty in the Christmas Tree, and then she headed over to the Family Tree for her break from the wee one(s).

Patriot was up in the nest brooding...

Kit rode over to the Family Tree while I stayed at "Mission Control Center" near the nest. She said Liberty called out(so joyful to have youngens!) and then lifted off and headed over to the nest to relieve her mate and give him a great big eagle hug...Her massive wingspan still awes me to this day!
