Good to hear you enjoyed the movie elle. Smile
I thought it was excellent as well. I saw the original Swedish movies first and the new one is almost exactly the same. (Noomi Rapace was also great as Lisbeth.) I suppose they didn't want to change too much with something that was well received.
I have no idea why you couldn't upload pictures after Internet Exploder was updated. I do know that Microsoft was forcing the update on everyone though.
Lovely pics of your eagle.

Good morning.
muddy: I saw the first Swedish movie and have recorded the second. Both the Swedish and the American versions are extremely well done. The books are so long and so detailed it would have been a real challenge. I went to yesterday's movie with 2 people who had not read the books and they both enjoyed it and were able to follow the plot.
WELL, I fired up the computer this morning and Yup, you are right, IE9 forced on me again .

Okay the picture uploaded but I still don;t have the bar at the bottom of the page that lets me know the progress of the post. Do you know what I mean.?

That pic is of me kayaking at the cottage with Luba my friend's black lab swimming beside me with her favourite toy. Summer is coming........................yippee. Can't wait to get out on the water again.

P.S. to add Okay it is the " status bar" I was missing. I do believe I have it now. I'll try again.
Remember James. He visited this morning and almost nabbed a squirrel. Rant

Good afternoon Nestmates well reading just todays blogs I've learned a thing or two...yes two
Your right Texas as a woman when we go out alone we always have to watch our backs and be prepared as this is a big cold world we live in and theres danger lerking around every corner Wooh

And Rose love the article on pure Coconut Oil......its going to be on my grocery list also and I truly believe the videoVideo Camera Smile

Don't feel bad Elle my virus program Norton updated its self the last week like I was telling Scott and it was a new version of the program and had a lot of security updates and when I went into it it was a brand new program nothing was the same so I had to play around with it for about a week to try and figure out to see if I had the best options and configerations for my computer and the Norton 360 plus 6 is better and more secure so IE 9 update was a security update Elle and good for your computer security..... some of the configerations are different but at least you know it was a securety update and good for your computer Left thumb up

Lori hugKiss My main worry is Lil Bits is still on the nest in full view of the cam me and the other two eaglets....I always thought the adults disposed of their youngs body's but I guess I was wrong. Mother Nature can be harsh sometimes ehExclaimation:question: I was hoping at leaset the adults would cover it with grasses but so far have not.Oh My

Off to watch "as the nest turns" and oh yes pa Norfolk broke down and mounted #4 twice this morning but she pushed him off after beating her up and chasing her from the nest the other day. Also watching Lafarge and ma and pa Lafarge have been active on the nest all day .... I think they are getting ready for season 2012 and three more eggs Grin Clapping

Good Afternoon Friends,

I'm sure everyone remembered to turn their clocks forward one hour.Smile I only change my bedroom alarm clock. The change of time goes and goes so fast why bother with the other clocks. I know what time of day it is, and half the time I tell time by the sun and the other haif of the time I don't care.Grin

Naoma, I do understand what you are saying my friend. I really do believe that I was pointed out by the people at the Lock and Dam area and then the man put 2 and 2 togther and came up with HikerBikerGram. I will not be putting anymore of my photos on the thread and most likely will not be so detailed about where I'm making my observation at.Nodding I will also start carrying my bear repellent spray. I can not give up my freedom of adventuring, but I can be more cautious. Thank you for caring my friend. You be careful too.hug

Carolyn, Yes I do feel like I was stalked first by the people in the Lock and Dam Tower and then by the man that approached be on the road. I will be more careful in the future now that I know about the tower observers. Thanks for your thoughts and for caring too my friend.hug I'm glad you are enjoying Bird Talk, I'm heading that way next with another bird.Nodding

Rose, Thanks for the link, it was very informing. I take Zocor and this week the results of a study done on zocor came out. It showed that people on the Statin drugs had increased forgetfulness. So now on I will use that as my accuse for forgetting.Titter

Hello Lori, I'm glad you are enjoying your freedom GF.hug

Elle, I'm hoping you get your computer stuff straightened out, it can be very frustrating when the computer will not do what you want it to do.No I love the photo of you in the kayak and your friend swimming beside you.Red Heart James looks like a rascal! Grin

I off to Bird Talk. There were beautiful bird sounds and songs at Decorah this morning. I tried to record, but when the video was uploaded there was no sound.Don't Know

Hello

Stacy and I were talking about our wonderful adventure in Yosimite National Park this past summer. This is a photo I took of the upper and lower falls of Yosimite. It was so Beautiful!!!!!!!

Today's BOTD is a hummingbird that migrates very far in the winter.

Hi Nesties

I was reading the last tow days. I hadn't been here since tuesday. I can't do k-up on it all but want to make some comments on what I remember.

((((((((SUE)))))))) It is great to hear from you. I'm glad you feel the treatments are working for you. Hope you had a great outing with Steve.

(((((LORI))))) I'm sure glad you got a good report from your last appointmemnt. Take it easy. Don't overdo, & great pics you posted.

Naoma hug

wave Scott Thanks for the bear updates

Judy I cried when Lil died too. I'm think I saw him take his last breath, Just like I saw Paddy's last breath last year. Lil is not visible anymore, at least I didn't see him last time I checked the nest. Hope you are feeling better.

Lori Alcoa/Davenport nest was not as windy today. It looked pretty sunny there.

Linda Please be careful out there. Way too many wierd people around. Never know what will happen. Congrats on winning.

Gord You crack me up. I love your posts.

Rose Love the Peggy Cove pics.

Jean Nice sky pics

Annie How are Donald & Dazee?

Sooner Lake pair has a nest cam up now. That's the nest on the same page with Vian. They have 3 eggs.

I have update on theChardon incident. We have had all three funerals, & the young man who is still in the hospital, has some feeling in his legs. The are expecting a good recovery. Lots of optimism for full recovery. He has been moved to Metro Hospital for rehab. Things are slowly getting back to normal in the area. Thanks for support.

Well have to go for now. Want to get out & enjoy what sunlight is left. Love & Hugs to all
