Hi Nesters
Had planned to post earlier, and the day went by. Geez!
Judy, your poem is simply beautiful, my friend! Happy you are feelng more chipper by the day!
Kay, have fun on your outing! The tree cutting is of interest for all of us eagle lovers. Hope to get some news soon.
Diana, you always do beautiful work with no spare time. Don't know how you do it.
Debs, Number One Anchor, hope you are feeling better today. Number One Anchor and you always do a splendid job,
ED, are you still walking? I have missed for about three days now.
Lonette, how how did you obtain one of the better morning shots of us? Tells it like it is.
There you are Debs I'll be back later. The Dew is waiting. Hope I didn't miss anyone.
We seem to have all these chores to do in the morning, many on learning Geek, so time just flies. May go search for an I pad this week.
Have a good day, Nester Buds

Go-o-o-o-o-o-d Morning, Nester Buds!
Chug-a-chug-a chug-a CHOO-CHOO!!!!! It's time for the Timmies Train. That's right. Roadie pulled a fast one last night and whipped up a Timmes Train for the sled doggies to pull, along with a conductor. Now, I'm not sure that the conductor came along voluntarily, but there is no turning back now! So . . . . Up and at 'em Nesters, out of your beds and up on your perches, 'cause the sun is a -shinin', Roadie is a-crowin', the train whistle is a-blowin' and the doggies are a-howlin'. Roadie is draggin' his wee blankie , the doggies have had their ear scratches, hugs and treats and off they go to all Nester perches everywhere!!!!

(I hope the train doesn't wake up your neighborhood!)
I have to say, Roadie cannot wait for his SJ to feel better and to send him out everyday!!!
Have a great day Nesters!!!!

Mornin' all you Nesters
Just had to drop by after reading all your wonderful comments about my poem. It warms my heart knowing that you liked it. I was inspired by all the loving and caring all of you have given me during my illness. And I was moved to tears by it all. So, I thanked you in the only way I knew - by writing a poem of Friendship - and what yours means to me. So, again, to all of you - for all you do and are - and for all your cards, flowers, prayers, candles and love - a great big
And Debs - I am honoured to have you post my poem at the beginning of our Nesters thread. As I am by those of you who are going to hang my poem in your home. It means so very much to me to know how you all feel - and to know you understand.
Today I have my blood work done to see if I am to have Chemo on Friday. Based on how I feel, I am hoping they will postpone the Chemo for another week. I just don't feel well enough yet. And I may suggest it myself. Will know tomorrow, I hope.
But now - drum roll please - it's timmies time.

Sun’s up in the swamp. And our rascally rooster Roadie - rubbing the sleep from his eyes - just crowed his morning COCK-A-DOODLE-DOOOOOO. So now, the whole barnyard is awake. He’s early to bed every night – draggin’ his wee blankie – just so he can be up bright and early – and head off with the doggies on their sled.
And now, after donning his woolies – a quick Rooster hug, and off he goes, carrying his wee suitcase under his wing. Awwww – so cute he is.
So Wakey Wakey gang. Doggies all ready to be mushin’ ‘round the globe. Starting at the north pole, they’re headed for all our favorite Nesters. Their sled is always full of freshly perked coffee and steaming home-brewed tea to bump start our day. It’s pipin' hot for all – with lots of muffins, donuts and goodies - and plenty of delicious iced coffee and iced tea too for the afternoon.

Have a wonderful day, my Nesters friends.
Judy

Good Morning Nesters,
Judy, so great to see your post today! Happy you are feeling better! You are the greatest, you know! We are family and we are beside you all the way. Your poem is so very special! You are a poet and a writer, along with so many other talents! A true Musketeer! hope you can take it easy another week before the next treatment.
Bev, the term Geek is in the US usually a younger person and oft times calls themselves a Nerd. The term applies to us NOT. All I want to is for the computers to work with the correct settings until I can get the treasure chest in the old one copied and that cancelled. The servers don’t care for each other and the Geek does not know how to do it. He was rapid with a cell phone though LOL.
I hope you take some off time and lots of rest. When I was single, I stayed on the Nests day and night. Not anymore. No time.
Hey Debs, Number One Anchor Buddy! So happy Darryl is there with you and hope you get the rest and time needed to get all fixed up!
Lonette, I luv the transportation mode! Just takes me longer to make it to the station!
Diana, the roses for our Judy are splendid! Knowing how busy you are, tis tough to come in frazzled and post along with other chores!
ED, are you watching any nests right now? Sounds like you have a number of “chores too” Happy you are exercising, rain or shine.
Kay, any sign of activity on your afternoon trip! Know you had a grand time!
Marg, hope all is well with you and hubby. Think you are staying as busy as the rest of us.
Wouldn’t it be grand if we could all go to the spa, repair and body shop for a couple of weeks! Get the kinks out, come home and hit it!
Have a great day everyone.
Hugs Jude
