HelloHappy Monday everyone, So much reading to do, to catch up on you all. When I came out of the kitchen Miss Winston was sitting on the laptop and had deleted the cams for WR, such a brat she is.

Everyone's photos are amazing, Carolyn-Bleu, Karen-The moon, Christian-the eagles and juvies, SaraWelcome- all your grandkids, wow you must be busy, Gabi-Yum both look delicious, Arlene- the glasses are so beautiful. Hi Annie & Carole.

Was such a busy day at WR today, and yay, Delta has an egg.

So Hi to everyone that I missed, time to go try and start dinner, unless those busy two show up again...was like watching a tennis match today. Jo

Hi Jo!

Winston's antics remind me of Miss Bibbo who is sitting on my monitor and as much as possible flicking her tail in front of the screen. I know she knows what she is doing - little cute nuisance. Then she sits with her paws overlapping and watching me, but if I were to grab the camera immediately if not sooner, changes position.

Our pets are certainly interesting.......

wave Hi All

Christian, I have tried to get the moon all night but clouds keep moving in and when the coast is clear, the moon is behind the trees - maybe I will get lucky yet fingers crossed It looked like it was pretty clear over White Rock when I looked that way around 5 PM when walking the dog. Great pictures of the eagles Clapping

Arlene, your crocus glasses are lovely - I have many colours of crocus in the garden but I think I like the blue and white striped the best! I am feeling better - went to my exercise class this morning - can't stand the teacher but do it anyway for myself Nodding

Wow, Carolyn, that is all you need - another dog! Great that Delta has an egg - when I looked, the sound was all off Rant It looks like the White Rock eagles are ready - I looked back to last years s'caps and it was about this time MA laid their eggs! PBS will have the Phantom of the Opera on again on Thursday night. Since I missed the first hour, I will be watching it again - it was a fabulous production!

Here they are just after lunch today - someone is trying to make an egg bowl!

Gabi, the Schinken looks great! Maybe tastes somewhat like proscuito or jamon which I love! Your cake looks devine - too bad I am on a diet and a good thing you can't get fat looking at pictures!

Annie, missed you tonight!

Good night sleepy Sleepy

Good Morning ELFs.....

Karen, thanks for the White Rock picture fix! As for pictures and food, Gabi is directly responsible for my eating a cupcake. I love ice cream and seldom eat cake, but Gabi's looked so good that when my daughter asked if I would like her to bring me a chocolate cupcake with green butter cream icing, how could I say no? (Yummy)

My grandson saw that she was bringing me one and asked if I was going to share with him, to her not to me, good thing for that. i would have had to share or else how can we teach him to share. You see it goes like this.....he wants the whole cookie whenever he has one - thence, no matter how big the cooky is he wants the whole thing! As insurance I get these wonderful gingersnap cookies that are imported from someplace with such wonderful things and always make sure to give him a "big" cooky. Broken cookies do not count and are unacceptable. Now the way I look at it is broken cookies have no calories so they are actually better and my little granddaughter agrees, which is why she might have such a big tummy. What do y'all think? Aren't broken cookies the best? Oh and he always used to have 2 cookies since he was 2 and sure as shooting as soon as he turned 3 he now wants 3.

Oh my, children can be amusing as well as these eagles!

Good morning ELFs
Oh yes Carolyn I totally agree.... broken cookies are calorie free.
After seeing Gabi's cake and hearing about your cupcake........I am in craving mode!!! Fortunately I will have to make something if I want it so that is a deterrent when I'm up to my elbows in paint!!!
Love hearing your stories of the wee ones. Isn't it nice to watch them grow and change? Such a precious time.

Thanks Karen re the glasses. I hope our friends like them and they will look great on a set table when they move to Ontario to their new home.
I'm thinking I should try a different variety of crocus next time and throw everyone off!!!LOL

I watched the WR nest last night til around 10 p.m. our time and it was pretty exciting although nothing happened. It was a busy day and Dad WR is absolutely frantic at that nest.....it looks like Mom could care less and he is the one doing all the housework!!!LOL Funny to watch.

Have a great day everyone!! I'll be watching the nest all day today again.

hug

waveTuesday Greetings ELFS!

Sara, Darla and Zoey are precious. Scardy looks just like my TommyL who is an old guy. Nanny and Mattie are adorable. How old are they?

Love the moon Karen! Hope you are much better today.

Christian, What a marvelous shot of the eagle standing on his prey and super shot of the eagle and seagulls too!

Oh, oh Arlene, Another set of beautiful glasses! How long does it take you to do a set of six? Maybe I should ask - how long to do just one glass?

Omg Gabi, The cake looks soooooo good. Do you use ther Ferrero Rocher candies? I love the ones with the hazelnuts. Actually I like them all. Would you part with the receipe?

Joanne, It has been very interesting at WR and we should see an egg any day now. Tina guessed today and my guess was Wednesday........we shall see, lol.
Miss Winston is a bunny after my heart. What fun she is!

Karen, I was really tied up with WR last night but Mom fooled us with "striking the pose" for a long time then just taking off and leaving us disappointed. They are a very funny pair. They bicker a bit with Mom always starting it, lol. I'll post a funny video from yesterday at the end.

HI Carolyn my friend. Thanks for your always entertaining stories. Love reading them. Ah cookies! Of course! All the calories are gone once the cookies is broken!! I've been thinking of making white chocolate/macadamia/crazen
cookies. Time, I need time!

I tried to post these photos on the last post but just wouldn't accept them.
Anyway, we had a beautiful sunset night before last and thought you might like them. The clouds
and blue sky somehow didn't seem to fit with the bright orange sun.
