:hello: I was at the computer working on the pictures from today's visit when your note came through Marg. Here they are. We start with a subadult in a tree near the renovated house in the park, very close to the last one perched there. The eagle could only be seen from the beach. Was able to get in quite close this time.

As we stood talking with another couple the subadult flew up and circled around above us a number of times before flying off through the park toward the highway.

On leaving the park toward our nest tree we saw about 8 eagles soaring off in the distance toward the direction our eagle had flown.

We arrived at the nest tree to find both our adults in the old nest/perch tree. Some trilling went on but no activity seen. This must have been around noon. The sun came out. Such a treat to be eagle watching on what turned into a sunny outing.

David thought the nest looked a little more built up than his last visit. Grin

Marg, Marian and Bob were most impressed with how low the eagle flew over your house while they were there. Clapping Sitting eagle

wave Thank you Kay. I love when I can get in that close to show "feather definition". All our eagles have such lovely feather markings. Smile

Good morning!
8a.m. Looked through the telescope at the Stalashen nest and spotted Ma & Pa Sitting eagleSitting eagleat the very top of the perch tree. There were some whitecaps on the water. We love to look from our house and quite often see Ma & Pa flying in/out of the tree.

Sandra, I agree with Kay. Your camera shows the feather markings so beautifully, thank you so much for all the pictures you take.Clapping:cheerguy: I always think the sub-adults heads look dirty.
