More head flipping as the eagle calls for the other one.....I haven't been completely sure who is who all day --thinking it's Mom--she has a fuzzier throat!!



The one on the eggs got up very quickly and flew off the nest. (thinking it was Mom because the eggs are in a row)



The other one flew right in and re-arranged the eggs in a triangle...probably Dad.

Dad is up and the eggs are in a triangle. He digs in the nest and slowly moves the eggs a bit. Then he is back to incubating. JD is right there where he can fuss with it.

Mom, I'm assuming, is snuggled down on the eggs and that darn wind is still blowing.

Sunny morning here with lots of wind again.
7:59 The incubating parent is calling over and over. There is no response. This eagle is still on the nest at 9:11. I guess mom decided to take a long break or hunting in the wind is not easy.

1:00 It is quiet incubating time on the nest.


1:33 Mom is being buffetted by extremely strong winds.


1:37 Lots of calling and no answer and dad does not arrive.


1:47 Quiet right now.
