Mom came to the nest.. look how the nest is pulling down when Mom is perched there feeding the babies

It is getting dark and Sansa still has his talons on the rim of the nest..Ayra seems to be in the center of the nest bowl..not much room for Sansa to get in the nest....

Mom is there... Sansa took a feeding.. Phoebe had to go around the nest a few times before Ayra ate... i was watching and didn't get many scaps.. Phoebe 's gorget was glowing.. it was stunning....

THis is not a comfortable situation for either one of the babies...... Sansa has his talons on the rim of the nest and is resting on Ayra... hope he gets in the nest bowl soon..

hello Debs so glad to see you check in on us, it's a much smaller window than eagles. It's hard to believe that next week at this time we could be empty nesters....
Oh yes Bev, I see what you mean that the edge of the nest gives when Phoebe is feeding, it's all that stretching. I see the black pearls are coming off the outside as well, it's all that movement.
Arya did some really tall wingercising, great scaps Bev, she's holding her own pretty good. Love the third scap of Sansa at 11:45 can see his tail feathers and the beautiful wing feather detail. Can tell they are exploring the outside of the nest now, they look like little kids asking "what's this, what's that" Wow Sansa's getting very brave standing up. Arya looks like she's squished but I think she hogs the nest when she gets a chance and leaves no room for Sansa.....lol
I love the afternoon light the colours of our hummers are so rich
