Karen, glad that you are seeing them at their nest more often now Just a guess, but it looks like Dad.

I went to the park for a short while this afternoon and both Mom & Dad were perched at the top of the nest tree. I took a few pics from the bluff and the path and then went down to the beach. Mom flew away over the trees to the opposite side of the park just as I got down to the beach. I took a few pics of Dad before he flew off. Click pics bigger.

Great pic Karen. It's nice to see one in the nest

I spent a bit of time at Saxe Pt. Park yesterday afternoon and the eagles weren't anywhere to be seen when I arrived. I wandered around the park looking for some hummingbirds and saw a co-worker who had been out on a bike ride and we spent half an hour catching up. By that time a couple of ladies had seen the eagles flying into the nest tree so I went back and managed to get a few decent pics from the beach. Click bigger.
