Well, they are very cute, but.... Faint

Thanks for the report and s'caps, cococat! I haven't had time to bring the cam up for a peek yet today, so am glad you're keeping an eye on the nest.

Hello Judy. I knowSad I am beginning to wonder if the eagles have a nest somewhere else.
Raccoon cam anyone. I remember the Decorah nest had a raccoon sleeping in the nest at one time.
I am still hanging on to hope fingers crossed

I brought up my usual 3 cams and see feathers in Delta 02 and WR nests.
( delta 02 cam is acting up )

And 2 racoons sleeping in Delta 01 nest. Chin

Haven't noticed any new branches or nestorations for weeks now.

Well, are they ever cute ! If the eagles don't want the nest maybe we can watch a raccoon camera this year.

ETA:
I did chat with Bev this morning. She said that both Mom and Dad DeltaOWL have been sticking close to the nest area and that Dad has been chasing off other eagles on a regular basis.

9:13 a.m.
The raccoon closest to the camera started to wake up but decided to tuck his head in again and go back to sleep.

Time for a good scratch.
One started to scratch and the second one joined in. Grin
