Last I heard, CAL is busy at the moment, but hoping to be back before nesting season starts. I'm sure she'll be happy to know you're thinking of her.

Found the beautiful Liberty in a tree above the gravel bar in the river yesterday around 4pm. Got some nice action shots of her as she moved to another branch, and then flew off...
She also had a crow squawking at her for quite a while, but she simply ignored it. I'll post some video when I get a chance, it was amusing!

Found Liberty on Bluff Branch yesterday and then she took off and headed over to the Family Tree. I was able to get a few pics of her in both spots...She has been so cooperative in helping me get some great 2012 Calendar shots!

very nice eaglewoman. i hadn't seen them or you for nearly a week. nice that you are finding them. about 4 evenings ago i saw two vultures in the family tree. seemed odd. been riding down there at least 4 times since we met. gotta keep the knee moving to keep the scar tissue away !

Haven't been down there too much this past week eagletwatcher, been a busy one!
Did catch Liberty on Bluff Branch on Monday for a short while before she took off. I was thrilled to see that the crews had cleared out another area that gives me an even better angle for taking pics!
