Tree colours fall is the time for the leaves on the trees to turn their beautiful colours and I love this time of year,Jean

I love Rivers & Lakes and the colors added to the banks are so pretty. I've wondered what your beach looks like now? i recall you like it best after all the summer crowds have faded. I agree, it's so nice to be there when it's quiet & all the nature sounds can be heard.

Yes the beaches are now empty and you can walk miles on the sand with the water lapping at your feet or you can walk in the loose sand It is a heaven on earth. You can go out for quite a way before it drops off. I fall in love every fall with fall.
My time and remembering my horse Daisy too, so long ago. I cry tears,And am an old hen now.. and very happy I can still remember things of long ago.the smell of the cedar trees in the forest and see the highth of the old oaks,and that beautiful Chestnut tree in the yard by the house where I lived for so long as a child.still spreads its beautifil branches and the squirrels that scurry around looking for food, to store for the winter and the almost silent whisper of a drift of wind.crosses your face as if to say Your welcome here, we enjoy you Jean and I say Thankyou :-)in my mind the picture of My mother comes up and grandma and grandpa, Dad was in the army/ I loved the farm and all the animals. I had to go to work when I was 16 , money was scarce and any one who could work Did. I worked in Eatons store for 6$ a week and then the raises came. Do you know that was a $ a day. and long Hrs. I became a head one in some Depts. and the money was raised I became a buyer for Eatons and travelled to Toroto often/ I then became in charge of the mail order Dept and love that. Time never stood still for me I was always on the go and enjoyed it..from Picton ( my home town)there I went to Belleville and worked in the invoice office.What a job. Very tiring. But more money . Life was alway pleasant I found.But scary sometimes too
