wooooooohooooooo more pts!!! am I on a roll or what? I'm glad you liked my quick solution Nanc. Actually it was quite a bit of work tracking what smilies in what order, not as smart as it looked hehe. Sue was saying too bad somebody wasn't videoing Eldon, I agree! What a hoot that would have been huh? Green LOL awwww coloring with sweet {{{{{{Emma}}}}}}. The eagle stayed a while and called out twice then left. Sad though for the first time we can't wait and watch for our beloved Ma and Pa.

thanks Scott love

Good Evening Friends,:hello:

I have been out in the great outdoors doing some tracking, Nature sure is Beautiful!Left thumb up

I went by the Mute Swan area in the morning and they were all three on land. I stopped back this evening on my way home and the male and female were in the water, but the cygnet was standing on shore. I intentionally walked towards the cygnet to see if it would go in the water and it did. It also could swim out to its parents. The lower part of the right wing is still hanging dow some. I'm sure it is injuired. Now I have to decide what to do. I will most likely call Mike first and see what he thinks.

Scott, it was awesome to see your eagles over at your thread my friend, great outing.Clapping

Tweet, Thanks for the video and captures of the new little owl chick.Wub

Lori, Thanks for posting the eagle at Delta, that is great that they are starting to show up at the nest sites again. I sure will miss seeing Ma and Pa Sidney. I hope Elle, Ian, Kay, and the other ground crew will bring us photos.Nodding yes

Judy, Jayden is really growing up, he looks like he would make a great soccer player.Smile I love his hair cut. Wub

Elle, I hope you are better from your illness and back on track my friend.

Sue, I'm always thinking positive thoughts and sending them your way GF. hug

Starr, I hope that everyday is a step towards being well for Joelle, youth is on her side.Wub

Well, I'm off for the shower and some down time. Everyone have a great nights rest.:hello:

Good evening everyone.

I'm bowing out for today/tonight. I have a beastly headache....did I mention Tom was on vacation this week? Don't Panic
Seriously, we were finishing up cleaning our bedroom, readying for our new furniture. We had to move my heavy dresser and his chest of drawers to vacuum, wash walls, yadda, yadda. Well we were moving my dresser back and Tom moved to quickly and my head got stuck between the wood and the wall. Don't Panic My head is still round, but the edge of the dresser caught me right behind my ear until he could move it for me. I put ice on it, took Advil, but it still is not feeling good at all. Moral of the story is don't work together if you can't work together. Frustration

Sue, you know the song "I Love You Just the Way You Are"? We all love you just the way you are. hug

See you tomorrow. sigh sign

Hi Y'all! :cry1: I missed the broadcast this afternoon. Xel-Ha... Pitina's mate and Osito's daddy was having some back problems last week and over the weekend. Both he and Osito tend to get back spasms so I have a supply of muscle relaxers to give them when it flares up. This time it wasn't giving Xel-Ha relief so I called our vet and they said to bring him right in. When Charles saw him, he said this is what I call an emergency situation. He was having pressure on his spine which could be the result of a slipping disc.He did a laser treatment, gave him a huge steroid shot and he has 3 medicines to take 2Xday. He wants to see him back on Friday unless it gets worse instead of better... then sooner. Charles feels it's something that can be treated, but if it worsens, then it would require surgery. Say some prayers that surgery isn't necessary.

I just wanted to check in and let y'all know why I wasn't there. Thinking of all of you. It's been a long day, so I am going to plop in my lounge chair and relax. Good Night all!

Gee Linda I sure Mike helps the cygnet cause he needs to be able to fly and soon! You're welcome for the Delta eagle and yes I hope so too from the ground crew. Donna posted on screech that Elle reported seeing them back at the new nest but I didn't see that anywhere

omgggg {{{{{Candy}}}}}} hug that would be not only painful but scarey too I bet! Rest up GF and yeah, next time make somebody else help

awww so sorry Tweet about Xel-Ha, Sad gee I sure hope the meds and the shot do the trick. I will for sure for pulling for a no-surgery solution for your sweetie. Have a good night and rest up my friend

have a good night {{{{{{{{{{{Nesties}}}}}}}}}}}} see you all tomorrow hug sleepy

Good Afternoon Dear NestiesWub

I wanted to do ketchup early this morning but the site drove me to distraction then I couldn't get on at all. It is working better now but still not up to speed for me. My mouse is also giving me a hassle. I think it's the infrared going out. I changed the mouse batteries so that's not the problem. I'm having to use it on the desk top instead of the lower shelf where the keyboard is and that hurts the heel of my hand. Oh well, if it isn't one thing, it's another. I wish I could have stayed at the show today but I was really happy to see you there (((((Starr)))))hug
Amanda Knox is coming home!Left thumb up

Rose, Lovely cam captures from Peggy’s Cove. I love seeing those.

Scott, I am dismayed that anyone would delete Hope’s Adventure and attempt to delete Lily’s page. This is beyond the pale. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but why do these people think everyone should feel as they do. I love the video and photo of funny Faith.
News+Truth=oxymoron (by a lot of morons):p.
I'll be over to check in at your thread.

Lori, I really enjoyed your video/slideshow. You sure saw a lot from a lot of places. The Merlin is a pretty guy/gal and the lake-sky shots are great. Amazing firey sky. I really liked the photo in your post when I saw it on the vid. Also, the trees are so beautiful...really nice shots of those.
Btw, do you ever go back to where those stairs were that you shot a long time ago? That was a nice area.
Rolling on floor laughing @ Eldon….the mental vision is hilarious.
I checked in on Delta this morning but did not see the eagle.....glad you posted the pic.

Great to see your post Laurie. Very cute Monday card.

Very beautiful autumn photos you are posting Jeannie. I won’t see fall colors here for a month or more.

Thank you Nanc and yes it is amazing. Just think of how many “notables” have made their diagnosis
known just this year. So many strides have been made and I remain hopeful we can deliver a knockout punch to this and other dreadful cancers.

Judy, Beautiful Good Morning card.
Hope you are recovering from your most important walk.
Love the photos of JaydenWub. He’s such a handsome little fella.

Gordie, Don’t you know it’s the ‘stars’ that come out at night…..

Great news about the hatch Tweet.Clapping

Kat, The rose Fotd is a real beauty.

Anna, Super photos. ICE?! I really like the artistic shot through the hole in the fence....my favorite.
Penquin?.....how I miss it? Very cool seagull among the Cormorants and GBHeron. Pretty dragonfly & butterfly. What is that on the bank behind the cormorants flying’? Looks like a mini waterfall…pretty scene.

HI Linda, I hope the cygnet isn't in any pain. I felt bad seeing h/h constantly trying to hold his wing up. I have a pigeon who comes here with a wing that hangs down like that but h/s can fly and doesn't seem to be hurting. I hope Mike has the answers.

Oweeee Candy, You mean you're just learning that lesson! I'm sorry GFhug but love your sense of humor.Titter

Aw Tweet, I'm sorry for Xel-Ha. I hope he doesn't have to have surgery.

Elle, You're on my mind.hug

((((((((((SUSIE)))))))))), hug

I am zonked and ready for some down time.
See all later.....hugRed Heart

Good evening nestmates.

Naoma, YW for the L&F candle. Red Heart Karen, I mean Jim (Cole'sYounger brother Wooh) was standing guard by the door and stoking the fire and just when I was going to give him his name tag, he vamoosed out the door - guess he heard some rustlers. Whistling

Linda, great examples and photos of what nature provides! Left thumb up

Nanc, yes Bigelow Tea, just like Mendelson Joe. Titter Only Abigail has sensitive ears! Wooh Mine are just burnin. Whistling

Jean, that ain't no lingo - that's the way we outlaws tock, pardner. LOL My ears like to be out in the country, just not listening to it! Rolling on floor laughing Unless it is the soothing sounds of nature. Whistling Somehow I don't like twangin gee tars qualify as "soothing".NO Looks like a perfect spot on the Guadalupe. Left thumb up I B armed and not so dangerous. Titter

Sue, good to see your post. Hopefully the hair loss is just temporary. hug

Anna, nice pics. Left thumb up

Rose, great shots of the Bittern. They are very hard to see when they are in a bunch of reeds and they are standing with their heads craned up like that. They really blend in with the reeds so you were lucky to see it out in the open like that. Clapping

Judy, sounds like you earned being wiped out. Good for you for running for the cure. Left thumb up

Scott, well, I tried to splain it to you as best I could so if you are still confused, I guess I'm no miracle worker! Rolling on floor laughing Lots of BC survivors. Left thumb up to your Mom Unbelieveable about some of the comments on the Bear thread - people were given two ears and one mouth for a reason - to listen twice as much as you say - sadly, in a lot of people, they seem to have 2 mouths. :dunno: See, I went to bed last night just like I was told! Unlike some night Owls... Rolling on floor laughing

Lori, nice to see your Perty Skies, Fall Colours and Bonus Critters. Left thumb up

Laurie, that is only one day's ketchup?? Puzzled Faint Good jobbie!

Posting this - gotta watch "House".
