Did you know bald eagles can swim? If they catch a prey too heavy for take off, they swim to land or a rock not wanting to let go of their catch. This is an eagle in Ketchikan Alaska. These photos by Marvin Scott are beautiful and can be seen at http://www.ketchikanphotos.com

If you give it your 100%-you will succeed

Good Morning......
Hi y'all have a great day. Lana, you must have great pictures you painted in Victoria as it is beautiful. I guess we were there the same time?
Jas, 5th trip to Alaska - each one was entirely different and all wonderful. My main thing is go where it is cool, not hot, and air is clean and gorgeous. I love the diversity. We will probably go back yet again. Been to the Caribbean also, but do not enjoy anywhere near as much. Basically, North it is.......North enough to be cool.
Have a happy......

Jas, my Mom loves to know origins of words and phrases. I'm passing those along to her.
If that duck could fly, what would he let the dog keep chasing him.
Pretty good Dog Ambassadors at an animal friendly hotel.
Lana, elle, :hello:
Jas, I like Winter's song. Cute to hear Dolphin chatter in it.
Tuesday:
Jas, I guess that dog didn't want to wake up to Tuesday Morning.
Amazing that the eagles can swim...I used to be able to, don't know if I can anymore.
Arlene, Carolyn, Annie....:hello:

Good Evening My Dear ELFS,
I had beaucoup work to do today so am just getting here in time to say night night.
Jas, I love the photo of the eagle and yes, I knew they could swim. I think
somewhere there is a video of Ma or Pa Sidney swimming. I could be wrong about
that but there was a video posted of an eagle swimming that someone observed.
That's a very cute graphic of the mixed critters. That sweet GM dog looks like Bev's
Danu and the sleeping dog is sooooo sweet. Thank you for your wonderful posts GF.
Candy, Jump in the water, turn your head left while you slice the water with your right
arm, kick your feet, turn your head right.........
:hello: Hi Carolyn, I didn't make it to SH today but will tomorrow! It's so nice
having you back with us.
:hello: Arlene, Lana & Bev
HAVE A GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE.......SWEET DREAMS
