Dad dropped off a small fish but the little one just wanted to stay under mom!

Between 3-3:20 chick finally got fed what dad brought in earlier. It's 10:34 now and chick is alone on the nest but I think the rain has slowed down some!

What wonderful scaps and videos today all! I was awol most of the day, had no idea it was a rainy day in Sydney..

Love seeing Mom brooding her wet baby....doesn't seem to matter how big the lets get...there seems to always be room under Mom

3:36... S2 alone and still looks bedraggled..think the rains stopped for now, but he still looks a little forlorn, and wet

Here is a shortened video of the meal! Baby is still very wet but the temperature at 3:40 is now up to 59 degrees so it has warmed up a bit! I hope mom doesn't leave Stu alone too long!

4:10pm.... S2 is getting a good feeding right now, crops growing every minute

4:16.... Still packing the food away...albeit a little more slowly now, someones getting full

4:17... Parent left the nest, S2 is stuffed!

4:20.... Stuffed S2 sitting with cute big footsies sticking out in front and preening....

4:23... Parent back on nest right side...more food in talons, probably what was origionally being fed was brought back, parent indulging, S2 turned around to face parent, really I don't see where he could put more food

4:26... Poop shot, maybe more room now

4:22 parent has arrived with another fish! I'm out for the night!

4:30... Parent just flew off..I'm sure S2 will be in La La land very soon! Poor little mite looks wet still ...

4:53... Major preening session underway....and it's very windy at the nest today..

4:54... Parent back on nest, looks like food in the talons..yes, there's food, S2 doing gyrating neck movements to move the food down in the crop more...S2 being fed again, this little whippersnapper is going to have a good, full bellied sleep tonight

5:00... Still eating...

5:03....And...............Still eating!

5:15... Feeding ended...very long one! Parent flew off, S2 sitting up looking around, much more comfortable looking now and looks drier as well!

5:21... S2's back to the cam..Love the markings on this little guy!
