Hello In Singing Bird Lane!

I know I have been AWOL...

Jean... thank you so very much for the kind words about the loss of our sister in law. She was ony 51 and we sitll hang our heads low and are sad. We will go to Tennessee in 3 weeks to visit Dennis' brother. and his sister lives there also.. It has been 4 yrs. since we have been there. I know you are happy to get your OWN computer back. My goodness... what did we do without these things before? How is Miel? Behaving herself I hope.

Naoma... I also thank you very much for the kinds words about Deb who passed. It is just not fair that this happen to her. Thank you for the pretty candle too. Hope you are well there in HOT Texas.

Vicki... hope you are doing well and have made your choice as to when to move.

Well Ladies.,.. I have just been trying to not spend so much time on this computer. With the summer going by so dang fast I want to spend as much time outside as I can before the snow starts to blow.. YUK! I find myself getting too involved on all kinds of things with the computer. I still... Red HeartRed Heart all of you and I will be back off and on for a while.

So Nice to see the birds singing in the lane.......Red Heart

Diane.......so good to see your post. I agree about computing less & enjoying the outdoors while you can. We are driven indoors here, now because of the heat, but come fall i will be busy outdoors again. For you & Jean, the winters are long & hard & you will have more time to check in, then. Nodding

Jean............that cloud formation is most beautiful; as long as it brought no harm to anyone. My daddy use to say that those type of clouds were "boiling". In other words, they are building at a fast & furious pace & seemed to boil upward. I don't know the name for that kind of cloud, but i'm sure your weatherman Gabe does. Maybe he could help with the name for them.

Good Evening Wishes to All.

Its called a
Towering cumulus clouds, photographed from an airplaneTowering cumulus clouds can be based in the low or middle height ranges and achieve considerable vertical development (family D2) in areas of deep, moist convection. They are an intermediate stage between" cumulus mediocris and cumulonimbus". There are several subtypes of this kind of cloud.

So there is your education for the day ( haha) Gabe knows. Jean :-)

Friends

A friend is someone we turn to
when our spirits need a lift.
A friend is someone we treasure
for our friendship is a gift.
A friend is someone who fills our lives
with beauty, joy, and grace.
And makes the whole world we live in
a better and happier place.
