wave Thanks Kay!

I have been to Saxe Point nearly every day since my last post. Wouldn't you know it, the only time the eagles were there was last Thursday and I did not go with Peter and family that day Rant

I was at Saxe Pt. Park this afternoon; no eagles were seen on my first walk by the nest. After walking around the park, I had put my camera in the trunk and heard seagulls squawking, then saw a bunch of crows heading towards the beach. I grabbed my camera and headed towards the nest and to my delight I saw Karen & Peter Saunders walking towards me with their dog PYM. One of the eagles (I think it was Dad) was perched in the nest tree above the nest. I took some pics from the path and from the rocks by the beach but the lighting was not good at that time of day and Dad was hiding behind a branch. After our visit, I said goodbye to Karen and walked up to the bluff where I took a few more pics. The lighting wasn't good there either; if it had been an hour later it would have been great.
