It will get there eventually garyandjudy. they are working as fast as they can.
You may enjoy reading through the Nesting Bald Eagles in Vancouver 2009 report produced by the Stanley park Ecological Society. There is a brief summary of each nest in it. including Vanier of course.
you can find it here. happy reading!

I just realised our new avatars don't display where in the world we are from. Have we all missed something in the account settings or is this not available to us any more. I like to know where people are from, don't you? And I still don't have " Content Provider" either.
Can you PM answer please and thanks. ??

elle, I'll send you a PM but first, there is no area to add where we're from so that it will show under your avatar.
What I suggest people could do is to add their location to their signature line, along with the date they actually joined HWF if they have had to register to the new forum and have lost their original date in the move.

This is one of the times that my real job gets in the way of what I'd like to do for the forum. I think I know how to add titles - but it will take several hours for me to set them up, then I'll need Richard to upload some stuff (probably to a test area first in case I'm wrong about how this works), and then with luck here. Depending how many other things are on my to-do list by tonight, I might be able to begin the process - or it might be until the weekend before I can get this up and running.
As you may have noticed, the FAs and Topic Monitors don't have titles either - only the two default groups that come built-in when the forum was created - site admin for Richard, PEB, jkr and me and forum user for everyone else.
Our goal is to finish the transition by the end of the month - and I'm hoping by then we'll be able to get a lot of these quirky little things either fixed or on a list so they will be considered for inclusion in the next version of the software.
But it's also a busy time for me at my real job, and I already know I'm putting in one 12-hour day there this week.
Please do continue to add to the list of things we need to check into - and thanks for your understanding when we can't reply right away or provide an immediate fix.

Is there any way you can sort "New Posts" chronilogically? And not list the ones you aren't interested in? Games for instance. I don't play games so really don't care about new posts in there and the only way I have found to make the notification go away is to click on it! Very time consuming trying to get rid of them!
Or am I not using this feature correctly?

At the top of each section - top right - is "Mark all posts read"
We used to have one that did the whole forum in the old one - but here we have one for each section!

Re: Posting multiple images in one post
When I have posted 3 images in one post, and then previewed the post:
- One image is posted twice, and one image not shown at all.
- One image not shown at all
- One image shown as text site location
- After reviewing the entry, the correct file numbers are entered in the text - I reentered the numbers anyway and previewed again. Correction did not display
- Deleted an image and when I tried to enter it again, the browse box not available

If this doesn't make sense, PM me and I will try to explain in more detail
