saytin, you're very welcome. I'll be making another trip to the nest on the weekend and hope I'll see the eaglet.

Well done saytinLeft thumb up Great pics.

I went to the nest last Sunday on my way to Pat Bay. I saw the tip of a wing pop up but didn't have my camera focused on the nest at the time and then it disappeared. I took 2 pics and can see an eaglet behind the leaves in one pic. One of the adults was soaring overhead but it was a long way up. Click bigger.

I took Pat B to the Brentwood nest last Sunday July 10th, on our way to Pat Bay to see Ma, Pa and the eaglets. It was very tricky to get a few pics because their new nest is at the back of the stand of trees and there is only one spot on the street where I can get a clear view of the nest. If it is the least bit windy the leaves and small branches on the surrounding trees get in the way. If I was 6 ft. tall I could get my camera over the top of the bushes along the side of the property. Here are a few pics of the eaglet in the nest. One eaglet was on the branch at the back of the nest when Mom flew in with some food, and it flapped itself into the nest. Click bigger.

A pic of the eaglet flapping from the branch into the nest after Mom brought food (sorry it's blurry), and 2 pics of the eaglets in the nest. Click bigger.

Thanks Kay. I haven't seen the Brentwoods at all this year since they built a new nest. PatB certainly had her fill of eagles and their nests during her visit here this year. Everywhere she went.
So many nests to see ... and so little time, Pat!

I stopped at the Brentwood nest yesterday on my way to Pat Bay. There were no eagles in or around the nest. As I was heading back to my car I spotted a few seagulls flying over the trees across the field with an eaglet right behind them. I was hoping the eaglet would land in the nest or one of the surrounding trees but it kept on going, circling higher and higher until it was out of sight. I spotted the other eaglet on the other side of the nest property flying towards some trees with a bunch of crows chasing it. The adults were both perched on trees far in the distance; too far away for a pic. I took the 3rd pic from the road behind the nest. Click pics bigger.
