I just lost the stream from Delta 2 - am calling Richard.

I've talked with Richard and tried to log in to restart the encoder and couldn't connect. Richard's not near a computer at the moment, but will be somewhere that he can check it soon.

Update -
After more calls to Richard, I was able to check the encoder. The cam (and eagles) are fine - but it can't connect to WildEarth. At some point they were going to fix the part where it doesn't show how many people are watching, so maybe they've taken it briefly offline to check that. I'll send a quick email to Peter at WE in case they need to restart something at their end.

With a bit of luck we'll be back online soon.

Update -
I tried restarting the encoder one last time before emailing Peter - and it worked! I'm guessing that they might have had something offline for a minute or two, and once they were back up, all we needed to do was restart the encoder at our end - and now we're live again!

My thanks to Richard for helping me with the technical details - and for his patience as I kept interrupting him with one more question!

There's a terrible noise and hum on the coming from the Sidney mic.

The Delta 2 cam has gone poof again. Have contacted an admin.
