We had a lightning storm go through here not long ago - they may have lost power.

It is easy to get both Delta nests confused, isn't it?

Power must be back - I was able to restart the Delta OWL encoders so both are now streaming.

Somewhere in all the files that have to be sent to your browser to set up the page, you've missed one - it happens to many (me included) but I have not found any specific problem on the machine that might cause it. It is likely a network problem between you and the machine - something is busy or got missed.

Look up "bufferbloat" on Google - that's a tech problem I'm involved in that is just being seen by the net bigwigs as a possible cause of all manner of ills on the net.
