She was gone for a few hours earlier... i am concerned about the egg being viable now.. just my opinion... stranger things have happen .. i don't know what happened before .. maybe she was spooked by something...

Tweet continues to roll the egg and incubate it like nothing ever happened

I am praying and hoping for the best ... miracles do happen...

Eric was on the chat this evening.. he told us that as far as he knows Tweet laid the egg around FEB.27
Incubation Period for Anna Hummingbird's eggs is 14 to 19 days... so look for a Hatch March 14 or later...

He was asked about Snowflake and Blizzard.. Snow flake is doing fine... Sadly Blizzard didn't make it

Nest is empty

i asked the Chat when Tweet left.. they told me she had been gone a while..maybe 20 min??? They seem to think she is looking for food.. no feeders in the yard.. so Tweet has to leave the yard for food... maybe 1/4 mile ... soon the flowers will be in bloom and there will be a food source in the yard..
