I was thinking as I watched today how we're reminded that we lose some fairly substantial amount of body heat through our heads (which is why I've been known to wear a fuzzy hat at the breakfast table!) - you'll notice that the front half of the eaglets is tucked under Mom, even when the back half doesn't quite fit!

Not many pictures today - the cam wasn't refreshing very well because of the weather, and there is a limit as to the number of pictures you can take of a very wet Mom sheltering two tiny tails!

Although it is somewhat early, I found the perfect "fuzzy" Mardi Gras breakfast hat for you. Hope you like it.

This hat certainly could help to brighten-up dreary nest day.

Again this morning, Mama is having difficulty getting Little to tuck-in after she is finished serving the early morning tidbit. Little seems to want more food. Good Boy! Except that today he needs to be kept warm and dry. Was interesting watching Mama change positions with her body and wings until she finally succeeded in getting her little treasures out of the elements. Good Mama!
