:hello:tanner, here is a map I made last year to show approx. where the Brentwood Bay nest tree is located on Wallace Drive. The tree is actually closer to the 2nd yellow pin on the right of the marker that says Brentwood Nest (Wallace Dr.), further along Wallace Dr. There are a lot of cottonwood trees in the vicinity of the nest tree and there is a big open field across the road. The eagles quite often perch in trees along Wallace Dr. as well as in the trees behind the houses on Sluggett Rd.

Here is a pic of the nest tree minus the nest, that I took yesterday.

I did not see any evidence of rebuilding the nest in the same tree but there is a small nest a few trees down the road but I think it is the same nest I photographed a couple of years ago and someone said it might be a crow's nest.

Here are a few pix I took of the Brentwood Mom on Jan. 9th, in one of their perch trees down the road. She flew across the flooded field to another perch tree further down the road. Click 2X bigger.

Here are a few pix taken Jan. 9th of the 2nd nest that has been there for a couple of years; I was told this was probably a crow's nest. Click 2X bigger.

:hello:saytin,

Welcome to the Brentwood Eagles thread. I'm replying to your email with instructions for uploading your pix.

Here's a pic of the old nest tree that I took on Jan. 9th and there is no evidence of re-building in this treeSad It's too bad because it provided good viewing when the eaglets were getting biggerSad Once the trees surrounding the new nest are in full foliage, it won't be very easy to see the nest through all the treesSad
