Breast Of Chicken Bourgeon

4 breast if chicken
the juice of one lemon
1/2 tsp salt
1/ tsp of pepper
1/8 tsp thyme
3 tbsp. oil (I use olive oil only)
3tbsp butter
1/2lb of fresh mushrooms
4 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup of white wine
one bay leaf -or - 1./2 tsp. of terrgan I prefer the bay leaf

Cut breasts in half and rub breast with the lemon juice. and spices, merinade 3-4 hrs. or overnight in fridge. Brown the sides of chicken in oil, then put them in the slow cooker.or baking dish. Saute mushrooms in butter for about 1 min. on high add flour.. mix well then add stock and wine& bay leaf and stir till thickens and pour over chicken. slow cooker at 300about 1 hr. Delicious
