Getting dark now at the nest... heard some thrilling.. maybe Ma and PA are saying Good Night

6.15 Trills heard in the distance.
6.20 Trills heard close by. Wind is picking up substantially.
Night is falling. I wonder if we will hear trills again after dark? Maybe Ma and Pa are preparing for Halloween???

I am laughing at us for posting at the exact same moment Bev!! You know what they say, brilliant minds, ahem...., think alike!!

Thanks for the s'caps from the nest and Doug's video! Sure was foggy yesterday. I'll sure be glad when WE gets the hotspots working again.

It's pretty windy at the nest right now...and dark ...but it also sounds like it's raining. I checked out the handy dandy link Raptorman put under the cam, and yep, sure enough, rain is in the forecast. Wonder if Ma and Pa have their little yellow rain slickers on?

8.06 Morning at the nest, some trills overheard a little earlier. It is windy there.
