Hi freinds of this nest...
Started my rounds today at this nest and my eagle luck could not have been better(beutifull day I might add)
Ma and Pa Vanier have come home (not sure if they even left) but haven't seen any posts lately so I'am assuming they where gone. My first time down here since the twins fledged
Ma/pa they both look so big hard to tell...was in the nesting tree when I arrived



The park was busy and the camera always makes them look up LOL...
Next post lots more pic's(wish we could do like 6@ a time less post LOL

It was about 30 to 40 min. when the mate arrived

They talked loud enough for the hole park to hear

OK last few for today on these guys (so happy to have some of are locals come home)
Vanier park attracts visitors from around the world
Had the pleasure of showing a family from Swisserland the Eagles thru my camera today as well as several other passer buysShould all be logging on to the site( I hope)

Larry I am so glad you started your rounds today and I am totally with envy....yep yep yep!! Your pictures are superb
and Mom and Dad Vanier look healthy and re-energized !! Since I was there July 1 I can easily spot Mom and Dad in the tree without enlargin' kinda like the game I spy with my widdle eye ! Anyway great job Larry

Thanks Deb ....These two have such a wonderfull area to have nested (couldn't have picked a better spot myself)
The park is well populated all year round and makes for a great place to push theHancook foundation

Deb...Hope things went well for you today Mad a speacial trip down to this nest for you...
There was no imediate sign of eagles when I arrived but that didn't stop me I new they where here and praying for you!
Took about 10 Min. of paning the area with the lens when I finally spoted Ma on top of the totem pole across the park

So off I ran with camara in hand to try and get a few more for you

again Hope all whent well for you todayare eagles are coming home check out hast.

Hi Larry, great pictures I'm sure Debs will enjoy. My son sent me pictures of the very same eagle on the totem pole today only they were taken on a phone cam so much smaller.....
