St.Galler Rhine Valley Owl/Falcon Project
The nocturnal barn owl and the
diurnal kestrel are typical Residents of the Rhine valley landscape. Both Barn Owls and Kestrels types feed predominantly on mice. For example, eat a whole Falk family tower about 20 mice per day.
