Thank you for dropping by this new nest forum. I had the nest introduced to me last fall and have finally seen some activity here. It is on private property almost at the beach in Roberts Creek on The Strait of Georgia on The Sunshine Coast in British Columbia. I have no history of this nest but will certainly try to get information as the season progresses.
The address of the nest tree would be of a house on Beach Ave but can be seen best on Marlene Rd. just behind the mailboxes below Beach Ave.
Please feel free to comment or to post photos if you visit the nest or forum.

This is the nest as seen in January this year.

I was pleasantly surprised to find both adults at the tree on a visit yesterday on a springlike sunny day. This is the first eagle sighting I have had here and they certainly made up for the months when there were no sightings of them by me.

On arrival Pa was in the nest, Ma perched beside it. Pa flew off before I got the camera out of the trunk.

Again, I have no idea of what has caught her eye.

Pa had landed carrying nesting grasses so proceeded to work on the inside of the nest.

It was a grand visit. We ended up leaving before they did!

I intend to keep my eye on Ma's tail to see if it is actually white or might she be a new adult?

Wonderful photos Sandra! Looks like they are making final repairs to the nest.

Fingers crossed for a good season here. Thank you so much for sharing!
