Bev I have to agree --- she does need more feathers. Poor little thing is naked ---- I'm not an expert but I'd think she should have more feathers than that by now.

It's 5:15 pm and too windy at the nest to get a clear sc'ap but Phoebe is on the nest keeping her warm.

Phoebe left for a minute and Sassy was poking about in the nest. She now has a piece of fluff stuck to her beak.

Poor Sassy is days behind schedule in developing her feathers. I wonder if she'll ever grow feathers or if Joe will have to find someone to care for her ?

Phoebe has been flying in and out constantly. I wonder if she's already incubating eggs at another nest ?

Judy ~ Sassy is playing peek-a boo !!! While Phoebe is sitting on her ~~ A lot of activity at the nest ~~Phoebe flying in and out ~~ I can hear a chain saw there . Poor little sassy needs more feathers .
