wave Everyboody,

3:37 p.m. PST,
K81 rolled the egg. He acts like he wants a break; calling, biting the nest fluff. This egg cup is really deep.

Thank You for the video Soph,

Your video looks just fine to me. Know what you mean though; it's always nice to get the full view too. Either/Or, it's the eagles we focus on anyway. Grin

5:22 p.m. PST,
K82 (Mom) flew in to relieve K81 from nest duty. Dad hung around then decided to have a bite of the nestovers. Mom took exception to that! She got up from incubating and took the prey away from Dad. Maybe she even gave him a nudge to move on. After K81 left the nest Mom went back to incubating.

Oh no you don't!

Will get a video of the "oh-no-you-don't" action up later if my PC behaves. Shh

It does indeed - and it just might have another egg by morning. Wink

They've been doing some upgrading, and if all goes well both this nest and West End will be available around to clock so we can see what happens at night.

Added:
CHIL forum thinks the egg arrived about 7 pm pacific time. I think they still need visual confirmation that there is an egg, but it looked as if 82 was indeed laying her second egg. They even reported "chirping" as had been heard from Belle at Shepherdstown. love
