Mom flew in and Dad and Mom exchanged a
smoocharoo so cute

Dad got up prompty and flew out.

Mom checkes out the egg and new stick she brought to the
nest; sits herself down facing 3!
Lookin all around. She looks beautiful and very clean
groomed after the rain
No egg roll she is kicking back and relaxing now

1101 am
Mom was just up and moved the stick she brought in earlier.
Did an egg roll; at times we only get a quick glimpse.
Incubating facing 11 now. Panting
a bit.

Dad went on alert - Mom returned

Exchanged a couple of beak pecks and Dad got up and flew off

We have our second egg and I was taping will post a collage
of the stages of labor!!

Mom was incubating and got up and I could tell
she was getting ready as could see her heart speed up
by feather movement. Back feathers were fanning out slightly
too.

Wow that was simply amazing; the pictures start at the
top left hand corner of the collage. Mom was standing could
see her bearing down too; heart pounding I bet too.
Then she did a poop shoot during labor how human
then she got into a semi standing position crouching down
more and bearing down in the last couple of pictures then
she finally laid the egg and she did a butt shake too cute




Canada Wins the Gold Medal nearly at the same moment

I think one of the letts name should be Sidney and the other Golden or Goldie

Congrats Ma and Pa PH we are so happy for you
Dad come home we have a wonderful surprise for you.

Mom is incubating facing 9!!

Dad flies in Mom talks to him softly
while remaining seated. They had a smoocharoo too.
Mom got up and Dad took a peek so
Mom pokes around the egg cup brim and then
resettles on the eggs facing 12 now.

Dad flies out maybe to go fish

Mom is looking all around.

3:44pm - Dad's home, Debs! Mom up to show him his surprise, dig a little, then settled back down. He didn't look impressed!

3:47pm - Dad left, Debs!!!

(of course...this is the first I've met them, so I'm only assuming it was Dad. And that it's Mom now incubating! Didn't have me s'cap program up - sorry - still reeling from the Game !)
