Our juvie returned awhile ago~~rested
in the bowl near nest center again. Now
up and standing near and facing 2.
Looking outside the nest and calling calling
calling. Return juvie calls heard and also heard
one of the adults calling back in return too.

340 pm
Juvie continues to stand near 2 calling
and peeping and cheeping.
Return calls heard again.

348 pm
Juvie still in nest standing near and facing 2
continues to call out loudly and another juvie
is returning the calls they are so cute
when they talk to each other !

wanted to give you a huge thanks for all your updates and screencaps this year. I am so happy for this couple after all they've been through!

I took a bit of an eagle break this summer and have been watching Lily and Hope the black bears. But it has been so nice to check in and read all of your updates.

Judi So nice to see your post We sure have missed you ~~sometimes a change does a spirit good and I imagine the bears have been very interesting to watch and observe . I cut back this year too although you might not think so but did . I like you am so very very happy for this wonderful couple they deserved to have great success this year. The juvies were adorable too !!

Watched off and on all week-end and
there was very few visits to the nest bowl
while I was watching~~did hear juvie and
adults too but otherwise pretty quiet at the nest.

843 am
Nest is empty.
Weather conditions
15 C with expected high of 22
Sunny and calm skies.

1230 pm
One of our juvies just landed in the bowl~~
plopped himself down center nest and is resting.
Calling periodically and think I hear a response
from our other juvie too.

Juvie visits the nest~hard to see him but he is there



Out now for awhile

110 pm
Our juvie is still seated and resting
nest center.

Peeping heard periodically too.

No sign of Mom or Dad or our other juvie yet.

Would sure like to see the whole family again

145 pm
Our juvie got up did a few stretches
and a bit of a stumble then flew out
of the nest.

Could definitely hear both juvies today but
no calls heard from Mom or Dad.

150 pm
More calls heard and just saw a juvie fly by too.

Nest is empty~~status quo most of the time
now.
Current weather conditions 15 C with sunny
skies~~expected high of 21 C today.

Would sure be nice to see Mom and Dad again. Due
to the lack of feeding activity in this nest I think it is safe to assume
that the post fledge feedings are occurring elsewhere.
