i was quite convinced it was a pip and this may be a weird thing to say but i am glad it wasn't. now the chicks can wait until the storm passes and then hatch

If the egg has been rolled and there really was a pip it may be on the bottom out of sight. I guess we will soon find out! Time will tell!

AS IT MOVES NORTH OF CAPE HATTERAS LATER TONIGHT. THE STORM WILL
RAPIDLY INTENSIFY THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT...AS IT MOVES UP THE
EASTERN SEABOARD. RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW LATER TONIGHT.
SNOW MAY FALL HEAVY AT TIMES AT A RATE OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER
HOUR....WHICH COULD RAPIDLY REDUCE VISIBILITIES IN A SHORT PERIOD
OF TIME TO NEAR WHITE OUT CONDITIONS (ESPECIALLY DURING THE EARLY

Sheltering Wings

Well we was robbed the night shift never got
even a widdle peek of those precious eggs.

Precisely at 10 pm Mom got up and the cam went off
no view of the eggs. Cam off for the night now.
