There is a wonderful database on the WildEarth 'Ning' site that has been developed and maintained by Colleen (Aquila) and Karen, two of their original moderators. I know these ladies have put in an endless amount of time compiling this information over many years and we should all thank them and be grateful they are sharing it.

http://wildearth.ning.com/page/lion-database

They have a separate page for 11 different prides/coalitions so far with more to come. The new male coalition, the Majingilane Males, are included.

If you wish to add information and/or pictures of any of the lions we see on the WildEarth/Safari Channel drives here, please feel free to do so.

Thank You sooo much, CJ, for setting up this thread Left thumb up and linking the Ning Lion database! We don't want the Lions to think we like the Leopards better (even tho maybe we do...maybe LOL )

I look forward to adding to page after page (after page Wink )!
