A friend sent me some pics from around the same time as your post, Donna, along with permission to post them. Must admit that even though I'm several time zones to the east, I slept in this morning so didn't see the beautiful light myself.

Part 1 - snowy nest; up and off egg cup; moving toward nest edge; flying out

Part 2 - an adult returns; egg check; checking eggs, settling into nest

She's guessing there was a switch, though it can be hard to tell for sure.

Judy, so glad your friend sent you pics as it does show a change in guard...from the stills it is VERY hard to tell.

eggs were turned at 6:29 and 8:58.
an adult has been incubating since daylight....there was some chirping at 7:04 and 9:02(assumption as I have no sound)
I have not seen a switch but stills show the nest has not been left unattended.

will watch off and on if the grandsons come today....waveHi soph9

Nice pic, soph! There are two cams - the one called overhead which is the one your pic is from (and which is actually a side view cam) and the one called side view (which is more of a side view and is where the early morning pics were from). There were two overhead cams as well, but both stopped working shortly before they began nesting, and it was considered too close to testing to send a team to check on them. So they decided to stream both sideview cams, the regular one and the backup. The two cams are in somewhat different locations, and they must be different types of cams as the images are quite different - the pic below shows approximately the same image in both cams (they're slightly out of sync because I've had the top one open for a while):
