Thanks Debs....they are great pals and really rarely see rivalry though one does get to the food first unless Pa is feeding and he has it down and they know it.

Was in the low 40's overnight and today it is partly cloudy and temps in the mid 60's.

eaglets have been up since 5:40.

No adults on the nest this morning as of 10:48. No feedings as there is not much left on the nest.

Eaglets have been on the fence off and on and then resting. Here is a pic of one on the fence at 7 and the other resting. Then the one at 7 winghopflapped to 2/3. These pics are at 10:49 and 10:51.

4:50 parent came to nest with food. They ate for about 14 minutes.
At sunset the eaglets were resting in the center of the nest.

good Morning. A nice warm day today in the 70's

5:25 the eaglets were in the center of the nest.
5:30 to 7:24 The eaglets were wondering the nest and then resting. They were up on the fence for almost an hour at 10 and 11.

7:30 Ma came in with food. I was able to watch the feeding and the older let got most of the food. The younger was able to grab several bites and pick several up off the nest floor. The older was rather aggressive at one point but the younger stayed its ground. Ma flew off the nest at 9 at 7:40.

7:40 to 7:42 younger eaglet was wingflapping all over the nest. Then it stopped and searched for food at 2/3 where they just were fed.

What beautiful pictures of our big eaglets! Thanks for your reports, Donna and Debs - glad to hear they are doing well.

And I missed an anniversary - KC was 8 weeks old yesterday, and Banner is 8 weeks old today. They are growing so fast!

I was gone most of the day but the stills show that all is well at SV nest. The eaglets have been alone on the nest all day. Here is one good close up of both of them. They are beautiful eagles.

Tomorrow will be a hot day....83 degrees.

mid 60's overnight and into the 80's today. It is VERY windy along the front range....possible gusts to 60 mph

5:16 sun up
5:32 Banner is up to stretch and poo at 9
5:55 to 6:48 both are up and wondering the nest
6:48 to 7:26 both down in the center of nest.
7:40 big wings by one of the eaglets. then both are up and settle along the fence moving from 7 to 11.

No parent visit yet this morning and no food. Neither eaglet has a full crop this am. When they stand at 11, I believe one of the adults is off on a branch in that direction.
